My 1-on-1 coaching is for you if...

Task Initiation is a Struggle

The idea part is easy...the starting part is hard. Our neurodivergent brains love new and novel, so coming up with new ideas is exciting and fun. But those same brains also crave constant stimulation, so we procrastinate (to create a sense of urgency), deflect (to avoid doing what we should be doing), or use perfectionism (to delay starting until we can do it right). Relying on these tactics to build your business can lead to increased stress, lack of completion, and burnout.

Making Projects Manageable Feels Impossible

That amazing, world-changing idea isn't going to create itself. But taking that huge concept and breaking into bite-sized tasks feels like a massive undertaking itself. All too often, we focus on insignificant, easy-to-complete tasks for the dopamine hit rather than taking necessary action for our big ideas. And while this "procrastivity" means we are at least doing something, it also means we are no closer to our goals at the end of the day.

Follow Through is Overwhelming

Our ADHD motivation is interest based. In order to stay engaged and see a project through, us ADHD entrepreneurs need to stay interested. While the neurotypical entrepreneur can use internal and external motivation to force themselves to follow through, this high pressure method frequently leads to a vicious cycle of stress, negative self talk, procrastination, and more task avoiding for someone with ADHD.

  • You're not focused enough to run your own business or accomplish your goals
  • Your ADHD diagnosis is a disadvantage when it comes to your work life
  • Your struggles with organization, consistency, follow-through, and distractions make it feel impossible to make progress
  • You regularly celebrate consistent growth, developing new programs, and reaching your goals
  • You learn to appreciate the positives of neurodiversity and find support for the executive function challenges that hold you back
  • Your growing awareness around how your ADHD brain operates helps you develop coping strategies and support that work with your unique challenges

It took me over a decade and thousands of dollars to realize that the programs or courses I was buying for my business weren't the reason I wasn't growing the way I wanted to...it was the support my ADHD brain needed to actually follow through and apply the knowledge I was learning.

That is why I developed this 1-on-1 coaching program...to provide consistent support to ADHD mompreneurs who know they are capable of so much but need that extra accountability to follow through and make it happen.

You can use the program on its own, or as an accompaniment to finish another course or program. We keep you moving forward through:

  • Goal Definition & Specification

Reaching your goals requires focus and follow through, an understanding of your time, working on tasks that are boring, knowing what to do when, and an organized method to track your progress. For the ADHD mompreneur, these executive functions are often a struggle without outside support.

That's why my 1-on-1 coaching program offers a time tracker to evaluate where you spend your time and when you can work on your goals, an initial goal setting call to discuss your overall plans for business, home, and personal life, and weekly calls to stay on track.

  • Task Prioritization Help

Breaking goals down into manageable chunks makes tasks feel less overwhelming and easier to initiate. But while the ADHD brain is great with big picture, amazing, creative ideas...we often struggle with the planning and prioritizing steps required to actually complete the task or achieve our goal.

That's why my 1-on-1 coaching program offers weekly 30-minute check-in calls where we review the progress you made, decide on next steps, and schedule time to work on your tasks over the next week.

  • Consistent One-on-One Support

Ever suffer from shiny object syndrome? Or invest all day in a project only to forget about it a few days later? The imagination and inventiveness of the ADHD entrepreneur is unmatched. It's harnessing those visionary ideas and seeing them through that will help us reach our overall goals in both our business and home life.

That is why my 1-on-1 coaching program offers weekly calls rather than monthly or bi-weekly. This consistent and regular support keeps you ticking the tasks off your to-do list or making subtle adjustments to your plan so you see actual progress...rather than constantly recreating the wheel and staying stagnant.

I believe these 3 features are what I needed from the neurotypical coaching programs I purchased in the past. That is why they are the cornerstone of my 1-on-1 coaching program:

  • ...thought you weren't trying hard enough

Between hustle culture and most programs catering to neurotypical entrepreneurs...it's no wonder you feel like you just need to try harder to be successful.

  • ...thought you needed a new program or course

When you struggle to finish or implement the course or program you purchase, you assume it just isn't right for you or your business.

  • ...thought you needed a better idea

Because you crave new and exciting, you often move on to a new idea or goal before finishing or implementing the first one.

  • ...thought you could mask your ADHD

You exhaust yourself trying to fit into a neurotypical entrepreneurial world that isn't designed for your ADHD brain.

You Don't Believe ADHD Brains Work Differently

You believe you just need to hustle more, work longer hours, or purchase the right course to find success rather than understanding and working with your neurodiverse brain.

Constant Check-Ins Would Annoy You

I will be texting or emailing you multiple times per week to check in on your progress and help you remember what you NEED to do in order to move forward. This is key to helping you stay motivated and focused.

You Don't Know What You Want to Achieve

While I am happy to help you in accomplish your daily activities, this program is designed to help ADHD entrepreneurs create and follow through on specific goals and tasks.
